Order Changes
Let us know within 24 hours of submitting your order. Send an email with your order number and details of the changes. Once we have begun/finished your order we cannot make changes. Changes may delay shipping and delivery time.

Mock up/design proof
Upload Images: Mockups will only be sent for uploaded images. Printing will not begin until we are given approval. The mockup will be sent to the email you provide. If we do not receive approval for the mockup within 72 hours we will cancel the order and refund you.

Color matching
We print using CMYK. The color of the printed button may vary slightly from the image uploaded (mockup) or design. This is due to monitor settings, color perception, paper used, print technology, and color being out of gamut.

Image quality
A resolution of 300 dots per inch (DPI) or higher is recommended for printing. This resolution can help ensure that images appear sharp and crisp. To keep it simple, don't use blurry photos, pixelated images, screenshots, images copied and pasted from websites, or really dark photos. Only use high quality photos.

Production time
Production time is faster for buttons purchased from our shop. If you order custom buttons the production time will be based on your approval of the mockup. Production time does not include shipping time. Production time is defined as the time required for us to process, print, press, and ship an order. *If we do not receive approval for the mockup within 72 hours we will cancel the order and refund you. Average production time: 5 days

Copyright/licensed material
You must have permission from the copyright/trademark holder. Items purchased from Etsy or sites selling graphic designs using Disney, NFL, Celebrities, etc. may not be licensed. Therefore, you will have to get permission from the entity. Submit the Trademark/Copyright Use form. The form will be sent to you after we review your order.
